The upper secondary stage covers grades 9 and 10 and the students would be sitting for the IGCSE Examination at the end of this stage. This stage calls for active preparation on the part of the students.

This stage provides an excellent foundation for A and AS level, the North American Advance Placement Test and the International Baccalaureate. Students usually follow eight subjects depending on their requirement; if they opt for science stream, they study the science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology. If the students prefer to join the commerce stream, they study Business studies, Accounting and Economics. Mathematics is a core subject and hence it is compulsory for all . Students are in a position to recall basic information and principles and also able to develop skills such as problem solving and the demonstration of their skills.
