Through sports students develop:
• skills particular to the sport
• tactical awareness of the sport
• strategies of offence and defense
• a sense of perseverance in attempting to improve
• a sense of commitment and team spirit
• overall fitness
 
Games:
Such as football, basketball, volley ball, handball have their own discipline and students are taught the rules, with practical demonstration.

Gymnastics, Aerobics, Aquatic Games make the students’ bodies supple and flexible. These help the graceful movement of the student.

Students are geared up in the track events throughout the year to build their stamina and concentration much needed for their overall physical growth and development.

All the sporting talents of the students are showcased in a yearly week long Sports Carnival, which is the crowning moment for all the star athletes and champions of the school.
